Shanklin, Jean L.
Jean L. Shanklin was born September 4, 1846 in Ohio. In 1902 she was living in a boardhouse with other teachers in Nampa, Idaho where she taught school. She was the niece of Elias Samuel Cooper, notable physician for whom Cooper Medical College in San Francisco was named.
