Farrin, James M. (James Moore), 1908-
Variant namesJames Moore Farrin was born July 16, 1908, in Plain Dealing, Louisiana. He received his commission as Ensign in the U.S. Navy in 1929, and advanced through grades to the rank of rear admiral in 1957. He served as the Commander of the Pearl Harbor Naval Ship Yard, from 1961 to 1963.
