Johnson, Moses, 1752-1842
Variant namesDuring the Civil War, Moses Johnson served as a private in the 1st Mississippi Volunteers Regiment, Co. D, of the Confederate Army. He was stationed at Port Hudson, La., where he was presumably captured by Union forces.
