Carol DeLong
Virgil L. Bell was born on June 7, 1920. He served in World War II in both the 17th Bombardment Group and the 319th Bombardment Group of the 12th Air Force as a Radio Operator and Mechanic, eventually reaching the rank of S/Msgt. He also fought in the Korean and Vietnam War. Virgil L. Bell died on September 29, 2002.
