Nora Grégor was an Austrian operetta star and stage and film actress; after her marriage to Fürst Ernst Rüdiger von Starhemberg (1899-1956), she was known as the Fürstin von Starhemberg. She committed suicide in Vina del Mar in 1949. Ernst Starhemberg was an Austrian politician, leader of the paramilitary Heimwehr, and minister in the Schuschnigg governement from 1934 until 1936. He served with the British and the French air forces during World War II.
