Kowalski, Joseph J., 1911-1967.
Speaker of the Michigan House of Representatives in 1965 and 1966. Responsible for the introduction of many important liberal reforms in Michigan. Also served on various Ohio, Indiana and Michigan UAW-CIO committees.
