Guthrie, William, 1811-1886
Dr. William Guthrie was born in Pennsylvania. He studied and practiced medicine in Ohio, and settled there in Rossville around 1850. In 1861 he moved to Idaville, White County, Ind.; in 1870 to Monticello, White County, Ind.; and in 1872 back to Idaville. Guthrie was one of the first residents of Idaville.
