Neilly, Mary Swartz, 1925-2009

Penn State alumna Mary Swartz Neilly graduated in 1947 with a B.A. in journalism. She worked as an advertising copyrighter in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, before returning to Pennsylvania State College. For the next thirteen years she worked as managing editor of publications for the Penn State Alumni Association. After part time positions from 1962 to 1975, she worked full time in the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences as assistant to its Dean for Public Relations.
