Hutchinson, D., Elder
Variant namesDavid E. Hutchinson was a district conservationist for the Soil Conservation Service in Nebraska during the 1940s and early 1950s. He became Nebraska State Soil Conservationist in the mid-1950s and was chairman of the National Natural Vegetation Committee for the Soil Conservation Society of America.
