Morrison family
Albert Morrison was born in Hebron, Connecticut, on March 13, 1820, the son of John Morrison. His siblings included Maria, Clarissa ("Clara"), Fannie, John, and Charles. After attending Pittsfield Medical College in Massachusetts, Morrison received his medical degree from the College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City in 1847. On June 25, 1851, Albert Morrison married Harriet Elizabeth Bartholomew (1824-1864). They had five children: Harriet (1852-1873), Albert Roswell (b. 1854), Mary Elizabeth (b. 1857), Jeanette Bartholomew (b. 1860), and John Stone (b. 1862). Albert Morrison practiced medicine in Windsor, Connecticut, until his death in July 1873.
