Heywood, William, 1728-1803.
William Heywood (1728-1803), soldier, surveyor, town clerk, and justice of the peace, lived in Charlestown, N.H. During the time of the land grants of Benning Wentworth (1696-1770), governor of New Hampshire, Heywood evidently worked as a surveyor.
