Slocum, Edith, 1879-1956.
IEdith Fowler was born in 1879 at Seaforth, Ontario and moved with her parents to North Dakota in 1880. She graduated from the North Dakota Agricultural College in 1904, taught school and then obtained a master's degree from NDAC in 1909. She taught there until 1911. In 1910 she married Roy Slocum, a civil engineer insturctor at the NDAC. She both died in November 1956 at Fargo.
