Variant names1971 - Development by Terracor begins. 1973 - Donald and Ann Andersen move into the area that will become the Pinery. late 1981 - The Pinery Metropolitan District is formed. 1982 - Terracor declares bankruptcy. 1982-1983 - Senior Corp. takes over the Pinery and sells enough lots to recoup their $141 Million buying price in 18 months.
