Messler, Abraham, 1800-1882
Abraham Messler, clergyman and historian, was born in Whitehouse, N.J. in 1800 and died in Somerville, N.J. in 1882.
Messler was pastor of several Reformed Dutch churches in N.J. including those in Raritan and Somerville. He published numerous works on religious subjects as well as a history of Somerset County (N.J.).
