Valle Crucis Company.
The Valle Crucis Company, also known as the Farthing General Store, began operations in 1907 by Charles B. Taylor and his son-in-law, Dr. Henry B. Perry. In 1914 Richard Aubyn Farthing and his brother Ben Farthing took over management, Aubyn eventually buying the business. In 1982, John and Faye Cooper purchased the building and transformed it into the Mast General Store Annex and Candy Barrel.
