Constituted on June 1-2, 1960 and comprising the states of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, West Virginia, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, District of Columbia and Canada from the Lakehead to the East Coast. In 1980 the Southeastern District was formed, being comprised of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and the Bahamas.
