Michigan State University. Argentina (Balcarce) Project.
The Argentina (Balcarce) Project (1966-1970) was co-sponsored by Michigan State University, the U.S. Agency for International Development, the Argentina National Development Council, the Argentina National Institute of Agricultural Technology, and the Catholic University of Mar del Plata. Its purpose was to strengthen the agricultural college at Balcarce and to institute principles and practices common to land-grant institutions.
