Stott, George Q., 1878-1974,
George Q. Stott was born on September 8, 1878, to William Henry Stott and Hannah Nield Stott in Meadow, Utah. From 1902-1904, he served as a missionary in the Southwestern States mission, particularly in Oklahoma and the Indian Territories of the time. On February 13, 1907, he married Thirza Timbers Ottley in Salt Lake City, Utah. They had eight children. George died on December 29, 1974, in Ogden, Utah.
