Ernest was born Dec. 12, 1906 in Detroit (Mich.). He married Alma First on Aug. 13, 1933 in Gladwin (Mich.). He worked at CMU in the 1950s. Alma was born Sept. 26, 1910 in Rosebush (Mich.). She was a switchboard operator for Bell Telephone. They did not have any children.
