Bob Bullock, a Texas politician, served in the Texas House of Representatives from 1957 to 1959 and as Assistant Attorney General from 1967 to 1968. He was on the Governor's staff from 1969 to 1971, and then served as Secretary of State from 1971 to 1973, Comptroller of Public Accounts from 1975 to 1991, and Lieutenant Governor from 1991 to 1999. Bullock received a bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University and a law degree from Baylor University. He was born in Hillsboro, Texas on July 10, 1929 and died in Austin on June 18, 1999.
