Banker and agricultural leader. Vincent E. Rossiter, Sr. worked at the Bank of Hartington (Hartington, Nebraska) in various capacities for most of his life, succeeding his father as president in 1951. In 1978, he became Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, retaining these positions until his death in 1990. An active member of the National Organization for Raw Materials (NORM), Rossiter was interested in the study of raw material economics and wrote publications and gave presentations on this topic.
