Garlock, Glenn W.

Garlock was with Co.B of 1st Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry at Camp Cuba Libre in Jacksonville, Fla. and at Fort Atkinson, Wis. in 1898. He became a Captain in 1st Infantry Wisconsin National Guard in 1914 and was promoted to Major in 1915. He was stationed at Camp Wilson, Tex. (1916) and was a student at Fort Sill in 1917; promoted to Lt. Colonel in 1917 and was with the 128th Infantry Regiment, Wisconsin National Guard (1917) at Camp MacArthur, Tex. Sent with the 32nd Infantry Division, A.E.F. to France in 1918 and wrote TALES OF THE THIRTY-SECOND in 1927.
