McColm, George L.
George L. McColm was a United States military officer in charge of Agricultural Training and Planning, Joint Chief of Staff for Military Government in Japan, and officer in charge of the civilian government of Ponape Island and a State Department employee who was a water management advisor and agricultural program coordinator in South Vietnam.
