Colorado State Legislator (1964-1968). First African American to serve in Denver, Colorado juvenile court system. Appointed to Colorado Adult Parole Board, served from 1974-1984. Commissioner of the Denver Housing Authority. Participant in the 1965 Civil Rights March in Montgomery, Alabama.
