Pullman Iron and Steel Company.
Pullman, Illinois company organized in 1883 to produce a railroad spike by George M. Pullman and John W. Doane, who each owned half-interest in the spike's patent.
In debt to the Pullman's Palace Car Company, the company was taken over in 1893, but it retained its corporated identity until 1899 when it was closed down and its assets were sold.
