St. Cloud, Mankato, and Austin Railroad Company.
Incorporated in 1865 under the laws of the state of Minnesota, the company obtained certain rights of the Minneapolis and St. Cloud Railroad, consolidated with the Austin and Mankato Railroad in 1881, laid tracks between St. Cloud and Richmond, and in 1886 was transferred to the St. Paul, Minneapolis and Manitoba Railway Company.
