Northern Airmotive, Inc.
Incorporated in 1968 under the state laws of Minnesota, the company provided a vehicle for purchasing (ca. $1 million) and operating Peavey Airmotive Operations. In October it acquired control of Mercury Aviation, Inc., based at Wold-Chamberlain Field (Minneapolis). Its general purpose was business aircraft sales and service. It later acquired Airframe Rebuilders, Inc., as well.
