Wiggmore, James L., 1895-1968.
Wiggmore was born in Attleboro, MA in 1895. He served in the U.S. Navy in World War I and World War II. Wiggmore attended the Naval War College's Preparatory Staff Class, June 1944 and then was sent to the Pacific where he participated in the landings at Leyte Gulf. He served over 33 years in the Navy and retired to Harwich, MA where he died in 1968.
