Hide Profile
Since 1974 Theatre Plus was Toronto's major summer theatre averaging four productions in summer and one in the winter at the St. Lawrence Centre with Marion Andre as artistic director until 1985, succeeded by Malcolm Black and Duncan MacIntosh. The theatre stressed contemporary drama, presenting a number of Canadian premieres of North American and European plays until financial contingency forced it to close in 1993.
