Lipschutz, Léon,
Lipschutz was a French collector and a bibliographer of the Dreyfus Affair. The Dreyfus Affair was the controversy that occurred with the treason conviction (1894) of Captain Alfred Dreyfus (1859-1935), a French general staff officer.
