Jaffa, Myer E. (Myer Edward), 1857-1931
Variant namesProfessor of agricultural chemistry and nutrition at University of California, Berkeley, director of the State Food and Drug Lab (1908-1915, 1925-1931), and nutrition expert for the California State Board of Health. Jaffa played an instrumental role in passing the California Food and Drug Laws in 1906.
