Thomas Farmer Dukes was an attorney and onetime mayor of Shrewsbury, England.

Dukes was born around 1770 and was an attorney and at one point, mayor, in Shrewsbury, the county town of Shropshire, England. He was also a water color artist and and authored a book entitled Antiquities of Shropshire, published in 1844. He was married to Elizabeth Ashdown and they had eight children, Thomas William, Henry Clifton, Robert Middleton, Edward Rowland, Frederick Farmer, Stebbing, John Octavius, and Eliza Ellen Dukes. His brother William was a chemist (pharmicist) at Worchester. Thomas Farmer Dukes died in 1850.
