Collins, Susan, 1980-

Collins grew up in San Diego in a family of eight children. She was raised mostly by her mother, since her father passed away when she was five years old. Collins attended San Diego Mesa Community College, where she played volleyball. Later she transferred to Brigham Young University, where she majored in English and minored in coaching and physical education.
