Bartels, Virgil O., 1923-
Bartels (1923-2007) served with the 365th Bomb Squadron during World War II.
He achieved the rank of staff sergeant, was a prisoner of war at Stalag Luft III for fifteen months, and eventually settled in Muscoda, Wisconsin.
