Lowe, Celesta.

Celesta Lowe is a long time resident of Clark County. She was the first secretary to James Dickinson at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (then University of Nevada. Southern Regional Division and later Nevada Southern University). She played a large part in developing the Special Collections Division of the library. For many years she wrote local history columns. She is a member of the National League of Pen Women and has also served as book review editor for Maverick Publications.
