Sir Charles Louis des Graz (1860-1940), diplomat, served at Constantinople (Istanbul), Turkey as Attach (1885), 3rd Secretary (1886) and 2nd Secretary (1891). He was Secretary of Legation, Tehran, Persia, 1901, then at Athens, 1903; Councillor of the Embassy, Rome, 1905 and charg d'affaires, Cettini, 1906; Minister to Peru and Equador, 1908-13; and Minister to Serbia, 1914-20. His mother was Constance des Graz (1835-1910).
