National Foreign Trade Council. Immigration Committee.
The National Foreign Trade Council's Immigration Committee was formed in February 1980 in response to increasing concern over problems in the processing of L-1 visas for foreign professional and technical specialists, and in anticipation of far-reaching immigration reform proposals by the Reagan administration and U.S. Congress.
