Hall, Carrie May, 1874-1963.

Superintendent both of nurses and of the Nurses Training School at Boston's Peter Bent Brigham Hospital, Hall was head nurse for the Harvard Unit and then the American Red Cross in France and Great Britain during World War I. After the war, she resumed her position at Peter Bent Brigham, and was active in nursing education and improving the financial situation of nurses.
