Soule, Horace Homer, b. 1827.
Horace Homer Soule (1827- ) was born in Duxbury, Mass., the son of Captain Richard Soule (1786- ). He settled in Philadelphia, Pa., with his wife Elizabeth Cushing Hobbs (1827- ), and subsequently in Newton, Mass. Soule apparently worked at various times as a carpet merchant, real estate agent, and for the Boston and New York Central Railroad.
