Union Station Foundation.
Union Station Ltd. was established by Michael James Scully and his wife Nanchen to rehabilitate the Union Station in Springfield, Illinois, and use it as a shopping mall. When that failed, Michael John Scully (Michael James's father) took over, organizing the Union Station Foundation and leasing the building to the Illinois Historic Preservation Agency for office space.
