Ford Motor Company. Compensation Dept.
The Compensation Department was responsible for monitoring worker claims against the company for injuries sustained while working for Ford Motor Company. During the 1920s and 1930s, the department handled claims from all plants and facilities around the country. The department was integrated into the Office of the General Counsel after World War II.
