Collins, Donald E., 1924-2006
Collins (1924-2006) served twelve patrols aboard the submarine USS Finback during World War II.
He was born in Sunbury (Pennsylvania), grew up in New York City, and eventually settled in Portage (Wisconsin). He worked for the Division of Corrections in Madison, Wausau, and, for thirty-five years, in Portage (Wisconsin).
