Neely, Matthew Mansfield, 1874-1958

He served as mayor of Fairmon, West Virginia, from 1908 to 1910, then served in both the U.S. Congress and the U.S. Senate. He was governor of West Virginia, from January 13, 1941 until January 15, 1945.
