Smith, Charles P. 1926- .
Smith (b.1926) served with the Marine Corps in the Pacific theater of World War II and was wounded in the fighting for Okinawa. After the war, he returned to Madison (Wis.) and served at the State Treasurer from 1970 to 1990.
