Wilkinson, Eugene P. (Eugene Parks), 1918-
Eugene Parks Wilkinson was born August 10, 1918, in Long Beach, California. He received his commission as Ensign in the U.S. Navy in 1940, and advanced to the rank of vice admiral in 1970. He was the first commanding officer of the U.S.S. Long Beach from 1959 to 1963.
