Southern Baptist Convention. Woman's Missionary Union. Board of Managers.
The Woman's Missionary Union was organized in 1888 as an auxilary to the Southern Baptist Convention. The major purpose of WMU has been to raise funds for mission efforts and to educate Southern Baptists about the cause of missions. The Woman's Missionary Union offices are located in Birmingham, Alabama.
