Trigg, Abraham, 1750-1809
Variant namesAbram Trigg was a captain in the Montgomery militia during the American Revolution. He married Susannah Ingles. Trigg practiced law in Montgomery County, Virginia and was elected clerk, judge and other county offices. He was a delegate to the Virginia convention of 1788 and a U.S. Congressman, 1797-1809.
