Lane, Ralph E., 1911-1962
From 1933 to 1947 Lane worked for Flitcraft Inc., first as a statistician and then vice president. Lane received his Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin in 1950 and continued to teach at the University where he remained until his death in 1962.

Lane received his Ph. D. from the University of Texas at Austin in 1950 and continued to teach at the University where he remained until his death in 1962. His primary interests included integration, probability and statistics, linear operators, and number theory.
