St. John, Nathan, 1692-1749.
Ridgefield, Conn., public official and son of Matthias St. John, one of the original proprietors of the town.
In February, 1716/17, Matthias St. John deeded to his son all his right to land in the town. Subsequently, Nathan St. John became a large landholder, having also received several additional grants from the proprietors.
