Frederick L. Stackable was born on Dec. 4, 1935 in Howell, Mich. He served two terms as state representative from the 58th District in Lansing. Prior to being a representative, he served in several governmental positions. He formed his own law firm, Stackable and Foley, in Jan. of 1969. He received his B.A. degree from Michigan State University and his J.D. degree from Wayne State University, where he was also a staff writer for the Wayne law journal and wayne advocate.
